Course registration
Registration for the courses is in writing or by e-mail.
We will then send you a confirmation of registration. After receiving our confirmation, we ask you to pay the course fees per person and course within 14 days. Only after receipt of this payment is the registration binding. You will receive an invoice immediately.
Course places* are allocated in the order in which deposits are received.
On request, we will send you information about the course, the required material and how to get there.
Cancellation/abandonment
If the required number of participants is not reached, art2gether may cancel the respective course. This also applies if a course cannot be held for reasons of force majeure, lecturer cancellation due to illness or other extraordinary circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded in full. There are no further claims against art2gether. Should you, as a participant:in, cancel a course prematurely, there is no right to a refund of the course fee.
Current information: If a course cannot take place due to current events from the Bavarian state government, you can rebook free of charge or you will receive a 100% refund of the course fees.

Don't forget: Contact the landlord if you have booked accommodation.
We recommend that you take out seminar cancellation insurance.
